Updated foyer fixture for a home in Maitland

Updated the dining room in Maitland with a chandelier that gave the room a stronger focal point and cleaner visual finish.

The dining room still had an older fixture that no longer gave the room the kind of focal point the owner wanted.

We replaced the older light in the dining room with a chandelier that gave the room a stronger and more fitting focal point.

This update focused on the dining room, where the previous fixture had become one of the last details still behind the rest of the room. The goal was not to make the space theatrical, just more coherent and properly finished. We installed the chandelier, confirmed secure mounting and operation, and left the room with a better visual center.
