Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Wise Handy provides repairs, installations, remodeling support, maintenance coordination, membership support, inspections, and project management. Specific scope and pricing are defined in your individual plan or service agreement.

2. SMS Program Terms

Wise Handy sends transactional SMS for quotes, scheduling, and invoices.

Consent: By providing your number, you agree to receive transactional SMS.
Control: Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
Fees: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Payments and Cancellations

Invoices are due per the terms of your quote. Late payments may result in service delays. We require reasonable notice for rescheduling; repeated last-minute cancellations may impact priority status. Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Limitations

Outcomes depend on vendor availability and property conditions. Wise Handy is not responsible for pre-existing or undisclosed property defects.
