Installed a customer-supplied ceiling fan for a property in Winter Park

Installed a customer-supplied ceiling fan in a Winter Park family room using the existing ceiling location and updated the space for warmer months.

The older family room fixture did not move air effectively and felt out of step with the rest of the home's updates.

We installed the customer's replacement fan at the existing ceiling point, verified directional settings, and made sure the fan ran smoothly across all speeds.

The homeowner had already selected a new fan for a family room that was still using an older builder-grade fixture. The goal was better circulation and a more current look before summer. We removed the previous unit, installed the customer-supplied fan in the existing location, checked rotation and pull-chain functions, and finished with a more comfortable room setup.
